Our Story

Begins with decades of experience in top research firms and Ivy-league institutions, and an enduring belief in the power of human understanding. We work with brands, nonprofits, and institutions at moments that matter – defining a value proposition, finding renewed relevance, or reaching an audience they know is important, but don't yet fully understand. Our research goes beyond data to the human context behind it: the values, the tensions, and the unmet needs that tell you not just what people do, but why it matters.

Our Partners…

The organizations we serve best align with our values. If you recognize yourself here, we’d love to explore how we might support your brand or organization in deeply connecting with emerging consumers.

On Purpose

Does your organization exist to solve a real human problem or meet a genuine human need?

Can you articulate your mission in a single sentence that is not about revenue?

Is technology a tool in service of your mission vs. a substitute for genuine relationship?

On Values

Are your internal values visible in how you treat employees, not just how you market to customers?

When you've faced a tension between profit and purpose, can you point to a moment you chose purpose?

Do you measure success in ways that go beyond financial return, such as human growth metrics?

On Humans at the Center

Do you genuinely want to understand the people you serve, or just convert them?

Are you willing to hear uncomfortable truths about what your audience actually needs versus what you're currently offering?

Do you believe that deep human understanding is a strategic asset, not just a marketing function?

Are you thinking carefully about how you use AI in ways that enhance rather than replace human connection?
